Do you get chocolate cravings? Yeah, me too. Well here's a healthy and delicious alternative: Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding that's packed with omegas, fiber, calcium, and protein.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Organics Chocolate Pudding
- 2 Cups Silk Almond Milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop Chocolate AboutTime Protein Powder (Use Code HAPPILYHUGHES for 25% off)
- Carob Chips and Nut Butter (I use Artisana Cashew Butter) of choice to garnish
- In a medium sauce pan, whip egg whites and almond milk together. Set on medium heat.
- Slowly add in Chocolate Pudding Mix, Chia Seeds, and AboutTime Protein Powder while stirring constantly.
- Bring to a boil, still stirring constantly. After mixture has been boiling one minute, remove from heat.
- Pour mixture into preferred dishes and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Then place in the fridge for at least 90 minutes.
- Garnish with carob chips and/or nut butter!
